It is an inflammatory joint disease. Its symptoms are swelling, redness and limited mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are <strong>many types of arthritis. <\/strong>The most common ones affecting joints are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>rheumatoid arthritis (chronic system auto-immune disease),<\/li><li>Bekhterev\u2018s disease (chronic inflammatory disease of the spine),<\/li><li>osteoarthritis (degenerative disease affecting big joints]<\/li><li>gout (chronic metabolic disease affecting joints)<\/li><li>Psoriatic arthritis (joint affected during psoriasis).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rheumatoid arthritis causes <\/strong>the immune system to attack its own tissues. Its symptoms are swelling, high tempretaure locally, sensitivity, pain and decreased functionality. The inflammation eventually progresses into destruction and deformation of the joint. This stage is call progressive polyarthritis or rheumatism. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rheumatism <strong>most commonly affects middle-aged women. <\/strong>The most frequent areas affected are the small joints of the hand, wrist, astragal and even hips and knees. At the time of acute pain, lack of apetite, tiredness and general increase in temperature are suffered. <strong>The causes of the disease are not known.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Risk factors for development of the disease are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>overweight and obesity,<\/li><li>injuries,<\/li><li>excess strain on the joints with unsuitable long-term repeated movements.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arthritis of the Joints Treatment \u2013 Rid yourself of the Issue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Treatment of arthritis (inflammation of the joints) is <strong>based on reducing pain and decelerating the development of the disease<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disease Modifying Antirheumatic Drugs (DMARDs) <\/strong>are used to treat<strong> rheumatoid arthritis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another method of<strong> decelerating the inflammatory proces <\/strong>is <strong>drug treatment <\/strong>using non-steroid antirheumatics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inflammation <\/strong>can be supressed in its development by administering <strong>corticosteroids.<\/strong> Rehabilitation and spa treatment is used for supporting mobility in affected joints.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":10264,"template":"","meta":{"_eb_attr":"","_wp_rev_ctl_limit":""},"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.biomag.net.au\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/biomag_diagnoza\/28629"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.biomag.net.au\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/biomag_diagnoza"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.biomag.net.au\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/biomag_diagnoza"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.biomag.net.au\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.biomag.net.au\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/biomag_diagnoza\/28629\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":31584,"href":"https:\/\/www.biomag.net.au\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/biomag_diagnoza\/28629\/revisions\/31584"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.biomag.net.au\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/10264"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.biomag.net.au\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=28629"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
